Slightly more than half of websites and web pages in the Internet still use English as their main language, but its share tends to be gradually reduced due to faster growth of Internet segments in other languages.
According to a study conducted by W3Techs, the share of English from April 2011 to November 2017 on all sites of the world felt from 57.6% to 51.2%.
Other languages ​​that are used at least 2.0% of the sites are Russian, German, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, French, Italian, Portuguese.
